The main objective was to aim communication towards a youth audience that has technical skills similar to the job descriptions and is learning and craves new challenges. This audience is taking its first steps into the job market.
For that, I used the company’s brand manual to create a fresh identity that captivates the young audience while keeping the brand’s spirit. The social media identity would be entertaining and playful. This was achieved through different proposals like #Tedesafiamos, where the possible candidates are asked to solve engineering puzzles and games related to their careers.
All the pieces were immediately adapted for Facebook and Twitter.
